Boats
Our boats and catamarans are all equipped with blankets and pillows, equipped with everything you need in the galley and completely full-featured. They are delivered clean, with full fuel and water tanks. We rely on the best brands-Catana, Bali, Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Bavaria, Beneteau, Elan, Maxus, Northman-to provide safe, comfortable and functional boats for your vacation.

Skipper and/or Hostess
The boat is offered on a bareboat basis, which means that you will be the captain of the your boat and you will be asked for a sailing license.
Alternatively, you can be assisted during your holiday by a Skipper and/or Hostess. However, the service is not included and managed by Barcando Charter.

In the baggage
What to pack for a sailing holiday
For a sailing holiday, it is always advisable to pack your clothes in a soft bag, which can be folded and easily stowed. A medium-sized bag also gives you the measure of how many clothes to pack.
Clothing
The sailing holiday includes two basic looks so as not to be caught off guard by temperature changes. The first one includes swimsuit, t-shirt, shorts, light shirts, a light sweater; it is better to choose clothes of light colours (preferably white) and cotton. The other one includes a sweater, shirts and heavier trousers and clothes. Do not forget a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, but also a waterproof jacket.
Shoes and slippers
It is preferable to stay barefoot on board, but if you wish to wear shoes it is good practice to use them only on the boat and that they have a white sole. A pair of slippers or flip-flops for the shower and a pair of walking shoes are more than enough to complete the ashore kit.
Sun creams
Essential! One, two, three sun creams with different protection degrees, to protect yourself against UV rays that are even more burning at sea. Try to choose sustainable products: safe for your skin and safe for the marine ecosystem.
Seasickness
Everyone suffers it, some more and some less. Therefore, use specific pharmaceuticals and scopolamine patches, while bracelets are – from experience – decidedly ineffective.
The ideal kit
Here are the items you should never forget: baseball cap, jack-knife, sun creams, personal pharmacy with specific products, camera, toiletries, sunglasses with retainer, watch, small torch, binoculars.
No drugs are allowed on board.
Payments and cancellations
Rental/rental Costs are paid in advance in 2 installments: 50% at booking and 50% at 30 days before departure.
If the departure date is less than 30 days you must pay the full amount at booking, 100%.
Cancellation costs are variable and regulated in the Charter Agreement.
You can take out insurance at the time of booking that guarantees reimbursement to the client in case of non-departure.
